Joel’s Manhattan Townhouse for Sale
Billy and Katie Lee Joel recently divorced and I heard she had bought his share of their Manhattan townhouse. It has been featured in numerous magazines and blogs and was designed by one of my favorites, Nate Berkus. I guess Katie has decided to sell the townhouse, hopefully she’ll take along all the furnishings! The home is on the market for 12.9 million. Here are the pictures from the listing. This is as large as I could get the photos. There are some rooms I haven’t seen before-what looks like a den and formal dining room. If I had 13 million dollars burning a hole in pocket, you could bet I would buy this house! One of my all time favorites.
